About Us: The Cast
Ohana Luau was formed in Feb of the year 2008. All performers at the OHANA LUAU show will make you feel just like you are in the Islands. Our Polynesian beauties will show you traditional Dances from the Islands of Tahiti, Samoa Figi and other Islands.
Our Warriors and fire Knife dancer will entertain the whole entire family. So come down for a great time island style!

About the Owners:
Jose and Patti Santiago are successful entrepreneurs and have proven success as they traveled many states and countries. They are the proud owners of the Ohana Luau in Daytona Beach.

Their experiences in restaurant/hotel management in earlier years started at the Hawaiian Inn. Patti (from Pittsburgh, Penn.) managed as the dining room supervisor and owner of the reknowned “Alii O Samoa” Luau Show for several years.

Jose (from Puerto Rico) was the auditor/accountant at the Hawaiian Inn where Patti and Jose met. Jose is also a real estate developer in Puerto Rico.
Together they  make the Ohana Luau venture a success... a place where families come together...
